Directions to Belfast Area High School

From Bangor and Points North:

Take I-95 South to I-395 East (Exit 45A )in Bangor. Follow I-395 East to Route 202 West (Exit 2) toward Hampden. Follow 202 West through 2 sets of lights, taking a left at the 2nd light. Follow this road until you come to another light - take a right at the light. This will put you onto Route 1A South. 1A South will eventually merge with Route 1 South (approx. 19 miles). Follow Route 1 South into Belfast. After crossing the bridge in Belfast, take your first right, Route 7 and 137. Take a left at the end of the off-ramp - this is High Street. Take your next immediate left onto Vine Street (Vine St. is a one way street so you can keep left). Take a left at the end of Vine St. onto Waldo Ave. (Route 7). After you cross the overpass you will see a sign for Belfast Area High School - turn right into the bus parking area and continue until you come to the school entrance.

From Augusta and Points South:

Take I-95 North to the exit for Route 202/11/17/100 East (Exit 30) in Augusta. Merge onto Western Ave. (Route 202/17 East). Stay on Western Ave. until you come to a traffice circle, at the traffice circle take the third exit toward Route 202/17 East & Route 201 N. At the next traffic circle take the 3rd exit onto Bangor St., Route 202 and 100 East. Turn right onto N. Belfast Ave. (Route 202 and 3 North). Continue on Route 3 North (approx. 43 miles) right into Belfast. Take a left onto Route 1 North and then take the next exit (Belfast, Brooks, Freedom) it's only about 1/2 a mile. At the end of the off ramp you are right beside the BAHS entrance. You will turn right and do a U-Turn into the bus parking area, continue until you come to the school entrance.

From Points South on Route 1:

Follow Route 1 North into Belfast. Take the exit for Belfast, Brooks and Freedom. At the end of the off ramp you are right beside the BAHS entrance. You will turn right doing a U-Turn into the bus parking area, continue until you come to the school entrance.

From Ellsworth:

Follow Route 1 South into Belfast. After crossing the bridge in Belfast take your first right, Route 137. Take a left at the end of the off-ramp - this is High Street. Take your next immediate left onto Vine Street. Take a left at the next intersection onto Waldo Ave. (Route 7). After you cross the overpass you will see a sign for Belfast Area High School - turn right into the bus parking area and continue until you come to the school entrance.

From Calais:

Follow Route 9 (Airline Road) for approx. 76 miles then turn left onto Route 46 (Jarvis Gore Rd.) You will travel on this road for approx. 19 miles then turn right onto Route 1 South and follow it into Belfast. After crossing the bridge in Belfast take your first right, Route 137. Take a left at the end of the off-ramp - this is High Street. Take your next immediate left onto Vine Street. Take a left at the next intersection onto Waldo Ave. (Route 7). After you cross the overpass you will see a sign for Belfast Area High School - turn right into the bus parking area and continue until you come to the school entrance.
