Rules of Engagement

Individuals:
1.      Join at any time during the school year
2.      Contact either Mark Babin or Angela Arthers to sign up
3.      Track weekly activities on Fitness 2000 log (a form will be sent to be reused weekly)
4.      Total weekly points and submit to Angela Arthers
5.      May 16 is the last day to submit points
6.      Highlight  May 23rd on your calendar for a Fitness 2000 Pot Luck celebration (Time and location TBA)


Teams:
1.      Teams limited to 5 people
2.      Contact either Mark Babin or Angela Arthurs with team member and a name for your team.
3.      Each team will need a point person to submit weekly team totals (each team member must submit own points as an individuals)
4.      May 16th is the last day to submit your teams points
5.      Highlight May 23rd on your calendar for a Fitness 2000 Pot Luck celebration  (Time and location TBA)


**** Not all activities for fitness are posted on the Point System Chart. If your activity is not listed, please match up activity to a similar one to determine points. Remember, the point system is only a guide. The real objective is to challange everyone to feel fit! *****
