	Eight students were winners in the MSAD 34 Humor Essay Contest. In the spirit of celebrating National Humor Month and Comic Arts Laugh Festival, MSAD #34 Wellness Committee and the Colonial Theater partnered to sponsor the essay contest. Open to all students grade 3-12, students submitted a one page essay story based on the question, “The funniest thing that ever happened to you?” Winners of the essay contest received 2 tickets to the Tim Sample show and 4 tickets to Cartoon Madness courtesy of the Colonial Theater. Winners of the contest were: Ames School – Ian Howard (First place) and Karlee Parker (Second place) Drinkwater School- Shane Alley (First place.), Josh Kimball (Second place) & Samantha Munro & Alexis Racioppi.
