With the start up of school it is important for students to remember about preventing the spread of germs.
Covering your mouth when coughing and your nose when sneezing helps protect others around us. When using tissues be sure to throw them away.
It has been proven that frequent hand washing can also prevent the spread of germs. While washing it is the friction of rubbing the hands together including the front, back and in between the fingers that loosens the dirt and germs.
Parents can also help keep our children healthy by keeping your child home from school if they have a fever or are ill.
Have a healthy year!
